2013 NCSSFL-ACTFL Can-Do Statements
LinguaFolio® Self-Assessment Statements
The 2017 Can-Do Statements can be found here
The 2013 NCSSFL-ACTFL Can-Do Statements for Communication represent the culmination of a collaborative effort between NCSSFL and the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL), to connect NCSSFL’s LinguaFolio® with ACTFL’s Proficiency Guidelines 2012 and the ACTFL Performance Descriptors for Language Learners. The combining of these three documents into a single, cohesive set of statements helps clarify how a language learner’s performance points toward a specific proficiency level.
