Monitoring Documents/Rubrics for Dual Language Immersion Programs

As Indiana now has a small bundle of schools progressing through a year of actual implementation in the Dual Language Immersion Pilot Program, it is the Department of Education’s role to oversee and monitor the programs. Rather than start from scratch, it would be most helpful to view some sample rubrics or monitoring documents that have been used in other states. Any/all models would be appreciated as they would all provide valuable insight into how other states are providing quality feedback to schools to guide them to best practice dual language immersion programming.
